     Question: Why the peculiar pen name ?

     Answer: The author in sixth grade, while writing one of his fictional fancies thought the name was cool, and far superior to his pedestrian real name. Imbibing in cognac in sixth grade was not on the menu then.

     The author is currently striving for invisibility, hence this history is short and camouflaged with non-specific rhetoric. Born in the Midwest, who as a kid, played Little League baseball, was a newsboy, and acquired a decent repertoire of broken bones due to a Tarzan complex. Next was New York and a cosmopolitan education, followed by college; and then a journey with the Wolfhounds in Vietnam where a naive college kid morphed into a soldier.

Once the chapter on the Army was complete life was like a three course meal: teaching was an hors d’oeuvres, owning restaurants was the entrée, and dessert was retirement and the opportunity to write novels, travel the world, and read like a library was food for a starving pilgrim.

     The Muse has been an excellent dance partner, waltzing the author’s fingers across the keyboard, filling his soul with inspired exuberance.
